Kelso, WA - 1892 Capital Partners, a boutique private lending firm, announces a significant financial bridge loan commitment towards the development of Fairway Vista Subdivision in SW Washington with Montrose Homes, LLC. The firm provided a bridge loan of $1,543,675.00 to facilitate the sale of 17 lots within the waterfront homes project.

The loan served as a crucial bridge, allowing an existing buyer who had acquired other lots in the subdivision to adhere to a six-month take-down schedule for the remaining lots. Additionally, the client utilized a portion of the funds for immediate cash flow requirements related to the commencement of construction on another housing project.
