1892 Capital Partners Funds Partnership with Miller Investments and Jody Miller Construction for Glacier Car Wash Project in Milton, WA

MILTON, WA – 1892 Capital Partners, a boutique direct hard money lending firm, is pleased to announce a new funding partnership with Miller Investments and Jody Miller Construction for the development of a state-of-the-art car wash facility, Glacier Car Wash, located at 2841 Emerald Street in Milton, WA. The loan for new construction of $6,225,000.00 supports this exciting entry into a growing industry with innovative technology and sustainability at its core.

The Glacier Car Wash project is a 4,200-square-foot facility, which will feature cutting-edge water reclamation technology designed to minimize wastewater discharge and optimize resource use. Clean water used during the vehicle wash process will be stored in multiple reclaimed water tanks for further use in washing the underside of vehicles.

Construction of the 120-foot car wash is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2025, bringing Milton a high-quality, eco-friendly solution.
