This new multi-million dollar building project is set to transform the existing building structure into a seven-story modern mixed-use commercial and multi-family building.
The residential component of the building will consist of 229 units, offering a variety of living options for residents. These units will be complemented by an impressive range of amenities, including a fitness center, pool, hot tub spa, dog run, garden terrace, sky lounge, barbecue area, and more. In addition to the residential units, the building will also incorporate 4,370 square feet of commercial space. This space will be divided into three suites, providing opportunities for businesses to establish themselves within the development.
The multi-family component of the building will encompass a total of 172,975 square feet, housing 299 apartments.
We recently acquired a significant land parcel in Tacoma's Tacoma Dome District, marking a pivotal step towards the development of one of the city's largest apartment projects. The subject property comprises five contiguous parcels within the Downtown Mixed-Use District zoning.
To revitalize the area, our plan involves demolishing the existing building to make space for an impressive seven-story mixed-use commercial and multi-family construction.
